Hil Street Box Office!

This weekend, I went to see The Namesake. Wow – what an amazing story! Through the Ganguli family, you see the sharp contrasts between family culture in India vs. US. The story elicited many emotions from me (I cried thrice!). However the movie was not that good. Directing was choppy and some of the dialogue/acting was awkward. Made me wish I read the book first.

So … Hil Street recommends you read the book even though she has not read it. (?) How pompous!
